I can help you to reach your full potential and wholeness with a few Inner Healing Touch sessions. We start our journey together with a questionnaire and a personal converstation (intake) so that we both know what you desire. Then, fully dressed in comfortable clothes, you can relax on my treatment table. We start with a little breathwork and meditation to get you in a relaxed state of mind. The Inner Healing Touch Session is a combination of energetic touching of the body and becoming aware of the energies we are working with. I place or press my hands or fingertips on certain (pressure) points on your body and than the magic begins. As your body gets into a deeper and deeper state of relaxation, images, colours, sounds or emotions emerge and together we find out what your body is trying to tell you and what it needs to process all of it. After the session, we have a wrap-up talk and, when necessary, I help you to release the last bit of tension so you can go move forward with an enlightened heart and soul. An Inner Healing Touch session lasts 1,5 or 2 hours. The intake will only take place at the first appointment and it will lasts for half an hour or 1 hour, depending on your story. 

Sometimes you just want to relax. I can provide you with that too. During a relaxation session, you will first receive a purifying foot bath. Then I invite you on my treatment table where you can lie on your stomach fully dressed in comfortable clothing. We start with a little breathwork and meditation to get you in a relaxed state of mind. I place my fingertips or hands on certain (pressure) points on your back and legs and then your muscles start to release the built-up tension. You sink deeper and deeper into a meditative state so that your body can surrender to the relaxation. A relaxation session lasts about 1 or 1,5 hour, this depends on the level of tension in your body.

In short, I guide you on your awakening journey so that you learn to lovingly get in touch with your true essence.

My faith in the universe (or God or whatever name you feel comfortable with) is enormous. I have learned through many personal experiences and through my training as a coach that a positive mindset is THE key to happiness. The power of a women's circle is unprecedented. When women come together physically, something starts to resonate and it opens up our bodies. Physically coming together, feeling, connecting and sharing is the essence of women's work.

The indigenous peoples already knew that. If the circle is well supported, it creates a safe place where you can work with all kinds of thoughts and emotions as if you were sisters.

Our society is so fragmented these days that we often feel on our own. In women's circles, we can come back to our core and get to know ourselves through the other women. The energy quiets down and comes to rest. And in this stillness we can feel, connect and be again. In this modern age, too much is often asked of women; work, children, marriage, social relationships, family, and many other commitments. That is why it is important to create space, peace and quiet in the energy.

Now you know why I love to organize gatherings, I am allowed to create the peace where it is often needed and every present soul benefits from it. It is meaningful, creative and wonderful at the same time!
