This February 14th, celebrate Valentine’s Day by honoring the most important relationship — the one with yourself. Through gentle meditation and visualization, we will connect deeply with our hearts, creating space for love, compassion, and healing.

On this special morning, I invite you to participate in a profound Heart Ritual. We will work with a ceramic heart, carefully broken and then restored with gold lacquer — inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi. This beautiful process symbolizes how our wounds and life experiences, when embraced with love, can become a shining testament to our resilience and growth.

This day is a perfect reminder that taking time for yourself is an act of love. It’s an opportunity to release pain and old stories, making room for new beginnings and authentic self-love.

Join us in this sacred ritual and step into a space of healing, empowerment, and heartfelt connection. Because on Valentine’s Day, the most important love story is the one you nurture with yourself.

I thought The Women Circle was a good experience and this was excellently supervised by Kim. I had a lot of stress due to my current private situation.. after the first short colour meditation I felt calmer. I was impressed that I had a good contact with the other women, despite the fact that we didn't know each other. It's strange how such a circle works and what it brings about in you. The last meditation session brought me to a deep relaxation, I finally had a good night's sleep. Thank you Kim 🙏
